Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize a variety of psychotherapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic approaches to effectively meet client needs.

• Evaluate client progress through data-driven methods, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on response to therapy and overall well-being.

• Provide tailored therapeutic interventions, ensuring a personalized approach that may vary significantly from one session to another based on client preferences and needs.

• Demonstrate strong crisis management skills, effectively handling urgent situations with professionalism and care.

• Leverage advanced diagnostic and clinical skills to manage and treat a range of mental health concerns.

• Familiarize yourself with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and remote communications tools to streamline patient documentation and follow-up.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
