Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and treatment planning, collaborating with the clinical team to develop pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, positive behavior support plans, and medication treatment plans.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory standards and the clinic’s protocols.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools effectively to gather important data for patient evaluations.
\n
• Work alongside other healthcare professionals to implement positive behavior support initiatives that are tailored to client needs.
\n
• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

• Function as a liaison between clients and external service systems, state agencies, and community partners, promoting coordinated service delivery.
\n
• Develop and maintain effective communication channels both within the clinic and with external agencies to enhance service delivery and program outreach.

• Strengthen relationships with various agencies to promote the clinic’s initiatives and to secure additional funding and partnerships.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by attending relevant conferences, workshops, and meetings to stay current in the field.

• Uphold and promote the clinic’s mission, values, and principles in every aspect of your work.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, while maintaining compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications\n
