Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake assessments, identifying client needs and developing personalized treatment plans based on best practices and clinical guidelines.

• Utilize the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) of Mental Disorders to formulate treatment goals and implement effective interventions.

• Provide individual and group therapy, focused on addressing behavioral health issues and supporting clients through their healing journeys.

• Serve as a behavioral health consultant within an interdisciplinary Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model, collaborating closely with primary care providers to ensure integrated care.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and documenting all interactions and interventions thoroughly in our electronic record system.

• Educate clients and their support systems about mental health and wellness, strategies for coping with life stressors, and resources available to them.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus additional performance bonuses.
