Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans addressing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges faced by clients.

• Provide ongoing consultation in creating tailored pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, inclusive of behavioral guidelines and medication treatment plans.

• Timely completion of all clinical documentation in compliance with industry regulations, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to guide treatment decisions and track client progress.
\n
• Engage collaboratively with various teams and programs to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining the highest level of ethical and professional standards.
\n
• Establish and nurture relationships with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance service delivery.
\n
• Communicate effectively to meet contract standards and promote agency values within the community.
\n
• Contribute to system-wide improvements by attending professional development opportunities and representing the agency in public forums.

• Embody the agency mission and values in all interactions and responsibilities.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational goals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 86,000 to 103,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. In addition to a base salary, our compensation package includes:
