Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify client needs and develop customized treatment plans that address specific goals and challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate individual, couples, and family sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups focused on common mental health concerns, enabling clients to connect and foster a community atmosphere.

• Work together with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care that considers all aspects of a client’s health.

• Provide immediate support and intervention during mental health crises to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Inform clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources in the community to empower their autonomy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with all legal and ethical requirements, ensuring the integrity of sensitive client information.

• Engage actively in case discussions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities to further enhance service delivery.

• Stay current with advancements in the field of mental health therapy to inform best practices and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including adults experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Massachusetts is essential.

• Deep understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated capability in performing comprehensive mental health assessments and creating effective treatment strategies.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy to varied demographic populations is preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated ethical judgment and professionalism, adhering to defined boundaries in the therapeutic relationship.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring smooth documentation and client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and skill set.
