Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to understand clients' mental health challenges, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs, taking into account their unique backgrounds and recovery goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote healing.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive support for clients.

• Engage clients’ families in the therapeutic process by providing them with education and resources to support their loved ones' recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n
