Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate proactively in licensing and accreditation processes that uphold the standards of our organization and enhance service delivery.

• Act as a liaison to relevant state agencies, community partners, and service systems, ensuring the coordination of services that meet client needs.

• Establish and maintain clear and open communication channels to ensure that contract standards are consistently met and to further the mission of Sierra Vista Counseling Center within the community.

• Foster relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to promote our programs, secure potential partnerships, and explore funding opportunities.

• Engage in personal and professional growth through attendance at workshops, seminars, and conferences related to mental health and counseling, and actively participate in relevant statewide meetings and committees.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults seeking assistance with various mental health challenges. Our clientele may experience anxiety, depression, trauma, or adjustment issues, and your role will be crucial in helping them develop coping strategies and solutions tailored to their unique circumstances. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience is necessary to ensure the expertise required for this role.

• Demonstrated knowledge of record-keeping procedures, including thorough documentation of beneficiaries’ charts.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and readily accessible, dependable transportation that meets legal requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
