Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments with clients via secure video calls, identifying their mental health needs, history, and goals to tailor effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, marriage, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based counseling techniques to enhance mental and emotional well-being.

• Utilize various virtual tools to perform mental health screenings, thoughtfully analyzing results to determine appropriate treatment pathways.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique circumstances and preferences, ensuring they feel seen and heard throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, continually assessing and adjusting them based on client progress and feedback.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW) is essential.

• An active and valid state license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is required.

• Strong understanding of various counseling theories, techniques, and best practices in mental health therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Knowledge of current trends and evidence-based practices in mental health counseling and family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive annual salary range of $100,000 to $105,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
