Work Environment\n

This position is structured as a remote role, enabling our therapists to operate from the comfort of their own homes while leveraging technology to provide care. Although therapists will primarily work from home, they are part of a supportive outpatient office that encourages collaboration and consultation with colleagues and supervisors. Regular team meetings and interdisciplinary discussions ensure that every clinician is supported in delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments during initial client intakes, tailoring individualized treatment options in partnership with the patient.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, family therapy, and group therapy, adapting approaches to meet the specific needs of diverse populations.

• Collaboratively develop program activities with the Clinical Director to enhance the therapeutic experience, integrating client feedback and evidence-based practices.

• Engage in regular documentation of patient progress across designated digital platforms, ensuring adherence to compliance and reporting standards.
\n
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make real-time adjustments to treatment plans based on client responses and feedback.
\n
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings with psychiatric providers to develop comprehensive care strategies for clients.
\n
• Support the credentialing committee by actively participating in the review and integration of new clinicians.
\n
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned to ensure seamless operation within the therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n
