Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, followed by the creation of personalized treatment plans targeting individual goals.

• Facilitate engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions addressing a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals in the center to ensure that every client receives comprehensive care, navigating referrals and additional services when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress through electronic medical records systems, contributing to organizational efficiency and compliance.

• Participate in regular supervision meetings and continuous education opportunities to stay informed on the latest developments in mental health practices and enhance therapy techniques.

• Actively contribute ideas and suggestions aimed at improving service delivery and overall program effectiveness, incorporating client feedback into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various backgrounds and age groups seeking support for emotional and mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license in the state of Arizona as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least three years of experience providing mental health counseling, demonstrating the capacity to support individuals with various emotional difficulties.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
