Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health concerns, utilizing structured clinical interviews and screening tools to formulate individualized treatment plans.

  Develop and implement tailored therapeutic strategies that address the unique challenges and aspirations of each client, ensuring alignment with best practices in mental health care.

  Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

  Guide and educate clients' families, providing resources and support to enhance their involvement in the clients' recovery processes.

  Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse array of clients, including individuals from varying ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. This demographic diversity enhances the richness of the therapeutic experience and requires therapists who are sensitive and adaptable to different client needs.

Qualifications\n

  A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  A bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is required. A master's or doctoral degree is preferred.

  At least two years of specialized experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating an ability to address a wide spectrum of mental health disorders.
