Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
\n
• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
\n
• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to promote mental wellness and coping strategies.
\n
• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that address common mental health challenges, fostering a sense of community among participants.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and effective care for patients.
\n
• Respond to mental health crises with appropriate intervention techniques, providing immediate support as needed.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, helping them navigate treatment options and community resources.
\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

• Actively participate in case consultations and team meetings to continuously improve treatment practices.

• Stay updated on the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of our practice is on a diverse patient population experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Our therapists play a pivotal role in fostering resilience and recovery within this community.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
\n
• Solid understanding of various mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.
\n
• Proven skills in conducting mental health evaluations and creating effective treatment strategies.
\n
• Experience providing individual and group therapy, coupled with strong interpersonal communication skills.
\n
• Ability to uphold ethical standards and professional boundaries in all interactions.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.

• Capability to be part of a multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively to enhance patient care.

• Background in crisis intervention and risk assessment methodologies.
