Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Life Reconcile Therapists LLC, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing mental health disorders using established clinical guidelines, contributing to more accurate treatment processes.

• Conducting ongoing assessments of client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure efficacy.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, providing a supportive space for discussion and growth.

• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions in accordance with telehealth best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele ranges from children and adolescents to adults dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or equivalent.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and/or group therapy to ensure strong therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
