Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health, emotional well-being, and life circumstances; utilize standardized tools and structured interviews where applicable.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific needs, ensuring measurable goals and outcomes.

• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy, using evidence-based practices.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on client feedback and clinical findings.

• Respond to crises with immediate interventions while maintaining a supportive therapeutic environment.
\n
• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately and in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists and social workers—to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Engage in continuing education and training opportunities to stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment and to refine clinical skills.

• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and professional standards set by relevant licensing boards and organizations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to financial compensation, we provide:
