Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments at the outset of client interactions to gather critical information for developing tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, adapting techniques to meet individual client needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, empowering clients through psychoeducation and skill-building exercises.
\n
• Develop and lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups, creating a community of healing for individuals facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans and improve client outcomes.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention support, responding effectively to clients in need of immediate assistance.
\n
• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, ensuring they have the knowledge to actively participate in their care.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards, supporting continuity of care and compliance.

• Engage in case consultations, participate in ongoing training, and stay up-to-date with the latest research, therapeutic techniques, and industry trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary responsibility will be serving a diverse population, including individuals grappling with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and grief, particularly in the hospice setting. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington State.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based practices, and therapeutic interventions.

• Proven ability to conduct and analyze mental health assessments and craft effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Experience in providing therapy to a diverse client base, demonstrating cultural competence.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, client confidentiality, and professional boundaries.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

• A collaborative spirit and desire to work within a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably involving a hospice or palliative care environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
