Our practice operates during standard business hours, specifically Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to precisely evaluate mood disorder symptoms, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety, to inform effective treatment strategies.

• Engage clients collaboratively in the creation of individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to implement effective interventions that foster positive client outcomes.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, discussing mood disorders, available treatment options, and essential self-care practices.

• Monitor client progress throughout therapy sessions, and modify treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving needs and responses to therapy.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for our clients.

• Stay informed about current research and advancements in mood disorder treatment methodologies to continually enhance therapeutic practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
