Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of clients' mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar conditions.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' needs, preferences, and treatment goals, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families about treatment options and self-care strategies, empowering them to actively engage in their recovery.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to establish a holistic approach to client care.

• Engage in ongoing learning to keep abreast of the latest developments in mood disorder treatment, integrating new findings into practice.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation reflects the care provided.

• Actively advocate for clients, working to destigmatize mood disorders within the community and addressing barriers to mental healthcare access.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary client population includes adults and adolescents experiencing mood disorders, such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. You will work closely with a diverse range of clients, each facing unique challenges, offering personalized care to help them navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited institution in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current in-state licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist is mandatory.

• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.

• A proven track record in effective treatment of mood disorders is essential.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience working in outpatient settings or within community health clinics is advantageous. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms can also be beneficial as it enhances your ability to connect with clients remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n
