Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Inland Psychiatric Counseling Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to understand their unique needs and challenges.

• Providing individual and family therapy tailored to the identified needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Preparing comprehensive documentation, including treatment plans, billing records, and insurance claims, ensuring completion within established deadlines.
\n
• Developing crisis intervention plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies to support clients in managing their well-being.
\n
• Creating thorough discharge plans to ensure continuity of care for clients transitioning out of therapy.
\n
• Maintaining compliance with all current federal and state laws, regulatory standards, and organizational policies.
\n
• Engaging in continuing education and training to enhance your professional skills and maintain licensure.
\n
• Participating actively in weekly team meetings and case consultations to discuss client progress and treatment adjustments.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field that meets the educational requirements for licensure.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.
