You will have the autonomy to design your weekly schedule, with the clinic opening its doors Monday through Saturday to facilitate sessions. Our in-house credentialing services and management of insurance participation will alleviate administrative burdens, allowing you to focus on what matters most: providing exceptional mental health care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, determining their unique treatment needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments, triaging care accordingly for effective treatment planning.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through effective communication and documentation practices, including participation in patient rounds.
\n
• Provide ongoing case management for assigned patients, ensuring continuous consultation and collaboration with hospital and community resources.
\n
• Maintain timely and ethical documentation, in alignment with departmental standards, to support patient care continuity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse clientele includes individuals and families from various backgrounds and demographic groups, all seeking mental health support. You will address a range of psychological challenges and behavioral issues, offering therapeutic interventions that promote healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current license as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is required.
\n
• Ability to offer 5 to 40 hours of client sessions weekly, with flexibility to increase if desired.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based practices such as CBT or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with community health systems and resources related to mental wellness.

Compensation and Benefits\n
