Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough diagnostic assessments to identify psychological disorders and develop comprehensive treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies.

• Engaging with clients to set therapeutic goals, creating personalized interventions and management plans that are suitable for their individual needs.

• Utilizing a range of psychotherapy modalities, both in-person and via telehealth, to implement effective therapeutic interventions.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical records, including patient evaluations and progress notes, while ensuring confidentiality in compliance with ethical guidelines.

• Continuously measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as necessary to improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population dealing with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, and grief. Your ability to establish trust and rapport with clients will be paramount to their treatment success.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must have the following:

• A valid mental health counseling license in accordance with state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW).

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
