Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, utilizing both written and electronic formats to enhance accessibility and continuity of care. \n
- Coordinate services and visits with partner agencies, fostering collaborative efforts to support clients’ holistic treatment strategies. \n
- Research and implement best practices for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards. \n
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations, collaborating with other mental health professionals to refine treatment approaches and share insights. \n
- Document case notes, assessments, and evaluations systematically, ensuring thoroughness and attention to detail in client documentation. \n
- Contribute to the development of Individual Treatment Plans (ITP) tailored to each client’s specific needs, goals, and therapeutic progress. \n
- Assist in the scoring, interpretation, and reporting of psychometric assessments in collaboration with the treating therapist. \n
- Facilitate supervision sessions together with site supervisors, enhancing both personal and professional skill development. \n
- Participate in clinical meetings, staff meetings, and professional developmental sessions that contribute to ongoing education and team cohesion. \n
- Prepare extensively for client sessions by reviewing pertinent case notes and conducting relevant research to effectively address client issues. \n
- Engage in small group supervision or seminar preparation, leveraging peer feedback and video review techniques to refine therapeutic strategies. \n

- Must hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a similar discipline. \n
- Current and valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is required. \n
- Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions. \n
- Proven ability to establish a strong therapeutic alliance with clients, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and unwavering support. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues. \n
- No history of Medical Malpractice Claims, as verified by a third party. \n

- Prior experience in outpatient mental health counseling or similar settings is preferred. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms, enhancing remote client engagement. \n
- Experience with psychometric assessments and treatment planning, enriching the therapeutic process. \n
