Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and case managers to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records to comply with ethical guidelines and legal regulations, facilitating consistent quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Inspiration Point Counseling Inc., you will work with a diverse patient population characterized by a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in fields such as Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience focused on providing therapy in a mental health or behavioral health environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
