Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, using structured methods to define treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals facing stress, anxiety, and depression to those dealing with relationship issues or severe mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An active independent license in one of the following areas: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Limited or provisional licensure is not accepted.

• Proficiency in making informed evaluations, recommendations, and treatment plans based on client assessments.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor to foster strong client relationships.

• Strong technological skills for telehealth platforms and digital documentation processes.

Preferred Experience\n
