Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing structured interviews, standardized tests, and observational methods.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities, adapting therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide individual therapy sessions through teletherapy, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all clients, especially those who may have barriers to in-person services.

• Regularly collaborate with clients to establish and review therapeutic goals, offering ongoing support and intervention as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes to meet ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
