This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to work comfortably from home while maintaining a work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, utilizing resourceful tools to engage and support clients.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and design tailored treatment plans that address specific mental health challenges.

• Provide ongoing mental health support, including crisis intervention, referrals to additional services, and advocacy for client needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with all documentation requirements and best practices in patient confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated ability to accurately assess clients and effectively implement individualized treatment plans.

• Comfort and proficiency in utilizing digital platforms and telehealth solutions for therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience as a mental health therapist, with a proven track record of successful client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 110,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise.
