Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand and evaluate patients' psychological needs effectively.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that foster community engagement and provide essential coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring that all aspects of a patient's mental health journey are addressed.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
