Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults struggling with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, weight disorders, and grief. Our platform deliberately excludes children and patients with severe mental health issues to allow for focused, appropriate care that matches your expertise.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD.

• Reliable internet connection and a functioning PC or laptop (tablets are not supported).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

As a full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor at CaptivatingButterfly, you can expect an annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 .
