Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to diagnose and treat a range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect changes in patient status, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients' needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and community resources, to formulate effective discharge plans that address ongoing care and support.

• Refer clients to additional services and resources, such as support groups or specialized mental health providers, to enhance overall patient well-being.

• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and therapy options, fostering an environment of open communication and understanding.

• Maintain compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Vatica's clinical program standards.

• Manage a caseload effectively, organizing daily tasks based on patient needs and program requirements.

• Actively participate in team meetings and training opportunities to enhance service delivery and professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• Familiarity with community mental health resources and treatment options.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, new team members may qualify for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
