Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual video therapy sessions to assess and address client needs, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves adults facing stable, low-acuity mental health issues, providing them with the necessary support to enhance their quality of life. Clients may be dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or life transitions, and your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding them toward recovery and personal growth. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong technical proficiency and comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients in a virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, contingent upon hours worked and experience. Additional benefits include a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors and access to various resources that support your professional development.
