Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide supportive counseling services to patients, ensuring adherence to best practices in therapeutic techniques and maintaining compliance with state licensure regulations.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ psychological and emotional needs, employing standardized tools and methodologies to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and the interdisciplinary healthcare team, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Facilitate goal-directed counseling sessions for individuals, particularly those seeking mental health support tied to specific life events, such as organ transplants.

• Offer information and resources to assist clients in accessing community-based programs, including vocational rehabilitation and educational opportunities, to enhance their overall quality of life.

• Assess patient understanding and preferences regarding advance directives, guiding discussions and ensuring necessary documentation aligns with their wishes and healthcare provisions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
