Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, fostering strong therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to evaluate progress, discuss stability, and plan future appointments, including discharges when necessary.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each client.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes reflecting each client’s journey and therapeutic advancements.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to accurately gauge clients’ needs and create an effective treatment roadmap.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) status.
