Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis strategies tailored to individual needs.

• Document clinical interactions and produce necessary reports efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to inform clinical decisions and treatment pathways.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and implement effective positive behavior support plans.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the organization’s commitment to excellence.

• Act as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and service systems to enhance client access to resources.
