Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that encompass pre-crisis and crisis interventions, behavioral guidelines, and medication management strategies.

• Complete regulatory documentation in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all industry standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans when necessary.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support strategies.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that our clinic meets the highest standards of care.

• Serve as a liaison between our clinic and state agencies, community partners, and relevant service systems to enhance client support.

• Establish and cultivate relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to expand resources, partnerships, and funding opportunities.

• Promote our organization's mission and values through effective communication and community outreach.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including attending conferences, workshops, and representation at state meetings.

• Adhere to all organizational policies and perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Must hold an Independent LMHC License issued by the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 86,000 to 103,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes productivity bonuses, health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO and sick time, and the flexibility to pursue personal interests and developmental opportunities.
