Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering strong therapeutic relationships through trust and professional integrity.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, update treatment plans, and discuss goals.

• Develop customized, person-centered treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique needs and preferences.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to guide the therapeutic process effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida is mandatory.

• Demonstrated capability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements in clinical contexts.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric and/or substance abuse populations is essential.

• Experience in conducting assessments, diagnosing disorders, and delivering both individual and group therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
