Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and design tailored treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs.

• Develop crisis intervention strategies, including pre-crisis and crisis planning, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Timely and accurately complete documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with our clinical team to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.

• Participate actively in the development of positive behavior support plans, working alongside multidisciplinary teams and programs.
\n
• Act as a liaison for clients, engaging with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure holistic support.
\n
• Foster open communication with clients, team members, and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and promote the agency's mission.
\n
• Engage with local, state, and federal agencies to promote our programs and explore new partnerships and funding opportunities.
\n
• Further your professional expertise by attending workshops, conferences, and state meetings related to mental health and community services.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to a dynamic and responsive team environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals facing emotional health challenges, those recovering from substance use, and clients managing developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
