Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitating Group Therapy: You will lead supportive and structured group therapy sessions, encouraging clients to connect with one another and share their experiences in a safe environment.

• Providing Individual Therapy: You will offer personalized therapeutic interventions, exploring clients' thoughts, feelings, and behavioral patterns to develop tailored coping strategies and action plans.

• Collaborating on Treatment Planning: Work alongside clients to craft individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and aspirations, ensuring active client participation in their care.

• Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess and document client progress utilizing a variety of clinical tools, gather feedback, and adjust treatment plans accordingly to maximize effectiveness.

• Multidisciplinary Team Coordination: Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other clinical staff to ensure a holistic, integrated approach to client care, discussing complex cases and strategies for improvement during team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is primarily on young adults aged 18 to 30 facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. You will work with clients in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), providing evidence-based and holistic treatment options tailored to meet their specific mental health needs. Your efforts will play a crucial role in promoting mental wellness and facilitating hope for recovery among our clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) licensure.

• Solid understanding of mental health treatment theories, techniques, and best practices.

• Experience working in an outpatient setting with young adults facing various psychological challenges.
