Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, building strong therapeutic relationships founded on professional ethics and established boundaries.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Perform thorough intake assessments, collecting vital client history and understanding presenting issues.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, employing evidence-based practices to guide treatment.

• Engage in individual supervision and participate in ongoing clinical development activities.

As an LMHC at Harford Therapeutic & Anxiety Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York.
