Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to facilitate healing and recovery.

• Regularly monitor each client’s progress throughout their treatment plan, making necessary adjustments to therapeutic strategies for optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to devise comprehensive intervention plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Maintain open lines of communication with attending physicians regarding clients hospitalized for acute care, ensuring continuity of mental health support during their treatment.

• Recognize and address behaviors that may hinder recovery, employing pro-active strategies to redirect clients toward positive mental health practices.

• Support the family members and primary caregivers of clients by providing them with the necessary tools and insights to manage mental health challenges effectively.

You will primarily work with a varied clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $101,000, commensurate with experience and productivity.
