Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of new clients to identify their mental health needs and establish trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Design and implement individualized evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals and circumstances, ensuring measurable progress.

• Provide therapeutic support through individual, couples, and group counseling, drawing upon various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate and lead group therapy sessions that foster connection, sharing, and healing among clients, addressing themes of anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to create comprehensive care strategies, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, responsibly documenting sessions and client progress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
