Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately determine clients' mental health needs and establish treatment goals.

• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that address the specific challenges and objectives of each client.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer specialists—to ensure holistic and multidisciplinary care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
