Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized screening tools and clinical judgment.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, establishing clear goals and measurable outcomes tailored to their unique challenges.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress towards their treatment goals, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Foster a supportive environment by educating and involving family members in the treatment process to enhance recovery and support systems.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care and recommend referrals to additional services when necessary.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
