Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Upstream Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, you will:

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that encourage connection among clients, allowing them to share experiences and learn from one another.

• Provide individualized therapy, fostering a supportive environment where clients can delve into their thoughts and emotions, while helping them develop actionable coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients aged 18 to 30 who are seeking help through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). These young adults often face a range of mental health challenges, and your role will be vital in fostering a safe, supportive, and empowering healing environment. Helping clients navigate their individual journeys will lead to lasting changes, restoration of relationships, and the growth of their full potential.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• Ability to provide personalized care and treatment planning aligned with clients’ specific needs.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the mental health treatment field, demonstrating effective therapeutic techniques and interventions. Experience in working with young adults in outpatient settings is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
