Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including both pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies that may involve behavioral guidelines and medication management.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress meticulously to adhere to regulatory and organizational standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening instruments to evaluate mental health needs, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, promoting effective treatment outcomes.

• Serve as an active participant in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the standards of care and professional practice.

• Act as a liaison to various state agencies, community partners, and service systems to ensure comprehensive support for clients' needs.

• Foster open communication lines with stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and promote the mission of Prime Health Counseling throughout the community.

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with local, state, federal, and private entities to promote program visibility and identify funding opportunities.

• Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops, conferences, and participating in statewide committees relevant to mental health practices.

• Embody and promote the core values and principles of our agency in all interactions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure optimal service delivery and client care.
