Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's needs.

• Closely monitor client progress throughout their treatment journey, adjusting intervention plans as needed based on results and feedback.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of mental health experts, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to develop comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Manage follow-up care and support for clients admitted to hospitals, ensuring seamless transitions and continuous treatment.

• Provide support and education to family members and primary caregivers to empower them in assisting their loved ones with mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing numerous mental health challenges. This includes anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Our clients come from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, requiring a culturally competent approach and sensitivity to each person's unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or an equivalent field is required; a Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related discipline is preferred.

• A valid LMHC license in Massachusetts is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 to 101,000 annually, commensurate with experience and productivity.
