Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop detailed treatment plans, addressing the unique needs and situations of each client.

• Provide timely documentation and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards, ensuring the highest quality of care.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools to evaluate clients effectively, integrating results into treatment and crisis planning.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to shape and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual clients.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring our services meet both state and federal requirements.

• Act as a liaison with relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Foster open communication with community stakeholders and ensure alignment with Mindful Empowerment’s mission and standards.

• Build and maintain relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to identify funding opportunities and establish new partnerships.

• Commit to personal and professional development by attending conferences and training sessions pertinent to mental health.

• Champion the values and principles of Mindful Empowerment in all interactions and functions.

• Perform additional duties as directed by the Clinic Director to support team objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your efforts will focus on a wide range of client populations, including individuals dealing with mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and those who require support due to developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory.

• An Independent LMHC License is required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n
