Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide support and consultation in the development of pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment strategies.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation efforts to maintain the highest standards of care.

• Serve as a liaison among various service systems, including state agencies and community organizations, ensuring effective communication and support for client services.

• Build and sustain relationships with local and state agencies, promoting Metro West Behavioral Health's programs and exploring potential partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Pursue ongoing professional development by attending relevant training, conferences, and community meetings.
\n
• Embody and promote the mission, values, and principles of Metro West Behavioral Health in all interactions.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to enhance program initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work primarily with individuals facing a range of mental health and emotional challenges, including those recovering from substance use disorders, individuals with developmental disabilities, and clients who have experienced traumatic brain injuries.
