Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, developing rapport and positive relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client records, including progress notes and intake assessments, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves youth in the Spokane area, focusing on their unique mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Possession of a current LMHC license to provide counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
