Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele for this role includes individuals facing terminal illnesses, along with their families, who are experiencing a range of emotional responses such as grief, anxiety, and depression. Understanding the unique needs of clients in hospice care is critical, as you will assist them in processing their feelings around life changes and end-of-life planning.

  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field is mandatory for this position.

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is required.

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to facilitate effective client interactions and collaborative teamwork.

  • Competency in using technology, including familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, to document client interactions and manage case notes efficiently.
