Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments through interviews and assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to facilitate clients' healing processes.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accuracy and detail consistently.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, actively participating in treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Facilitate regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality and efficacy of therapeutic interventions provided.

• Provide education to clients and their families regarding coping mechanisms, treatment options, and relevant community resources to support their journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
