Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new clients, employing evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans that address specific concerns and desired outcomes.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to support clients in identifying and modifying negative thought patterns, improving emotional regulation, and achieving their personal goals.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all client interactions and treatment plans are recorded accurately.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to devise and execute comprehensive care plans that promote holistic wellness.

Qualifications\n

Brightside Community Health System offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
